Sky High Consulting is a small and emerging company, seeking to provide homeowners, clients, and landlords with our expertise in the Development and Management of residential and commercial projects as well as property rentals.  Our Team possess hybrid skillets from analytical and problem solving to engaging collaborative communication with team members, clients, and other contractors all while maintaining project costs, schedule, and reducing non-optimal activities. As proactive industry leaders, we have developed a passion for construction and strive to provide an stress-free process for our clients while maintaining hands on attention and focus to detail. 

Having over 25 years of experience managing projects  throughout Long Island and five boroughs of NYC, has allowed our team exposure to various construction projects within the commercial and residential markets. Our portfolio includes project magnitudes that total more than $600 million in construction costs in sectors such as Commercial, Residential, Hi-Rise, Pre-Engineered Metal Structures, Historic Restoration, Retail, and Hospitality.
